Author Submission Requirements

IEEE requirements

Use the complete Paper Preparation guide before submitting through EDAS. It covers manuscript format, EDAS entry, double-blind review anonymity, review follow-up, final camera-ready submission, and publication obligations.

  • Papers must follow the official IEEE conference template (Word or LaTeX, two-column format).
  • Submissions must be in PDF format with proper formatting and embedded fonts.
  • Paper length is typically 4–6 pages (with a defined maximum limit). [Maximum Page Limit — To Be Announced]
  • The work must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Papers must pass a plagiarism check (e.g., via iThenticate), and the similarity score must be less than 20%.
  • Papers must include standard sections: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References (IEEE style).
  • Submit via EDAS: https://edas.info/N35526.
  • After acceptance, final camera-ready PDFs must be IEEE Xplore compliant and validated using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  • At least one author must register and present the paper; otherwise, it will not be published.
  • Author templates are available from the official IEEE Conference Templates page.

Author templates

Download the official IEEE Word or LaTeX conference templates before preparing your manuscript.

Before you submit

Review the full Paper Preparation workflow before uploading the initial PDF to EDAS.

Camera-ready note

IEEE PDF eXpress applies to accepted papers preparing the final camera-ready version. Initial paper submissions are handled through EDAS.

Review Process and Ethics

Review Process Summary

All submitted papers undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must prepare manuscripts to preserve anonymity during review and follow any author-identification instructions provided by the conference.

Ethics Statement

MCAIT 2026 upholds the highest standards of publication ethics. Submissions must be original and properly attributed, must not be plagiarized or concurrently submitted elsewhere, and are screened for similarity (e.g., via iThenticate), with a similarity score that must be less than 20%. Breaches of research or publication ethics result in rejection in accordance with IEEE’s policies.

Author Declarations

Authors must disclose any use of AI tools, remain fully responsible for manuscript content, declare that there are no conflicts of interest related to the work, and confirm that personal data were handled in accordance with applicable privacy, ethical, and data protection regulations.
