Presentation Files

Presenters may use a USB flash drive to transfer PowerPoint or PDF files and should meet the Session Chair in the assigned room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.

Backup Copy

Presenters are encouraged to keep a backup copy of their presentation in personal email storage in case the USB copy cannot be accessed.

Presentation Equipment

Session rooms will include an LCD projector, projection screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with standard presentation software.

Embedded Videos

If a presentation includes video or multimedia, presenters should verify that all media files are embedded or linked correctly and play as expected.
