Accepted-paper authors must use IEEE PDF eXpress before submitting the final camera-ready version. This step ensures final papers are IEEE Xplore compliant before the approved PDF is uploaded to EDAS.

Use this page after acceptance to validate the final PDF and prepare the approved camera-ready file for EDAS upload.

Prepare the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF

This guidance applies to accepted papers preparing the final camera-ready version; initial paper submissions are handled through EDAS.

Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website.

Click Create Account if you are a first-time user.

Enter the Conference ID: 71376X.

Enter your email address and create a password.

Upload your paper for PDF checking or submit source files for conversion.

Download the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF generated or approved by PDF eXpress.

Upload the approved PDF to the EDAS submission system.

After paper acceptance: IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)

Complete the eCF in EDAS after uploading the final camera-ready manuscript and before the paper proceeds to IEEE Xplore submission.

Post-acceptance requirement

IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)

Accepted-paper authors must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) in EDAS after uploading the final camera-ready manuscript.

Log in to your EDAS account.

Open your accepted paper.

Upload the final (camera-ready) manuscript.

Select Complete IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.

Continue to the IEEE eCF website.

Read the copyright agreement and complete all required information.

Submit the form electronically.

Return to EDAS and confirm that the copyright status is marked Completed.

Final Camera-ready Workflow

This stage applies only after acceptance. Initial manuscript preparation and EDAS submission are covered in the Paper Preparation page.

Final Camera-Ready Submission

Authors of accepted papers must complete the following steps.

Revise the paper according to the reviewers' comments.

Prepare the final manuscript using the IEEE template.
3
Verify IEEE Xplore compliance using IEEE PDF eXpress.
4
Upload the approved camera-ready PDF to EDAS.
5
Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) through EDAS.
6
Complete the required author registration through the payment instructions issued by the conference team.

Initial submission comes first

Use EDAS for the initial paper submission. Use IEEE PDF eXpress only for accepted papers preparing the final camera-ready PDF.
