Paper Preparation

Complete author guidance for preparing the manuscript, submitting through EDAS, preserving double-blind review anonymity, responding after review, and completing the final camera-ready workflow.

Author Preparation Workflow

Follow these steps before submission, during review, and after acceptance so the manuscript is ready for EDAS, double-blind review, and IEEE publication requirements.

Paper Preparation

  1. 1Papers must be prepared using the official IEEE Conference Template (Microsoft Word or LaTeX).
  2. 2The manuscript must be written in English.
  3. 3Authors should follow the page limit specified by the conference.
  4. 4Submitted papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  5. 5Initial submissions should be in PDF format only.

Submission through EDAS

  1. 1Create or log in to your EDAS account.
  2. 2Select the appropriate conference track.
  3. 3Enter the paper title, abstract, keywords, and required author metadata in EDAS.
  4. 4Upload an anonymized manuscript PDF prepared for double-blind review.
  5. 5Before upload, remove author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and any other details that may reveal author identity.
  6. 6Ensure the paper title and metadata entered in EDAS are accurate while keeping the uploaded PDF anonymized.
  7. 7Complete the submission before the deadline.

Double-Blind Review Policy

  1. 1The conference follows a double-blind peer-review process.
  2. 2Authors must remove all identifying information from the submitted manuscript, including names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and references that may reveal the authors' identities.
  3. 3Self-references should be written in the third person where possible to preserve anonymity.
  4. 4Reviewers will not know the identities of the authors, and authors will not know the identities of the reviewers.
  5. 5Papers that do not comply with the double-blind review requirements may be returned for correction or rejected from the review process.

Review Process

  1. 1All submissions will undergo a peer-review process.
  2. 2Accepted papers must address reviewers' comments before final submission.

Final Camera-Ready Submission

Authors of accepted papers must complete the following steps.

  1. 1Revise the paper according to the reviewers' comments.
  2. 2Prepare the final manuscript using the IEEE template.
  3. 3Verify IEEE Xplore compliance using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  4. 4Upload the approved camera-ready PDF to EDAS.
  5. 5Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) through EDAS.
  6. 6Complete the required author registration through the payment instructions issued by the conference team.

Publication Policy

  1. 1At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper.
  2. 2Papers not presented at the conference may be excluded from publication in IEEE Xplore.
  3. 3The author list cannot be changed after submission without approval from the conference organizers.

Prepare your manuscript using the official IEEE Word or LaTeX conference templates before uploading the initial PDF.

Submission system

Initial paper submission and final camera-ready upload are handled through EDAS.

Double-blind reminder

Remove author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and other identifying details before initial submission. The final camera-ready version is prepared after acceptance.
