Submission
Where do authors submit papers?

What format should papers follow?
Papers must follow the official IEEE conference template (Word or LaTeX, two-column format) and must be submitted in PDF format with proper formatting and embedded fonts.
What is the maximum page limit?

Review & Publication
What review model will MCAIT 2026 use?
All submitted papers undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must prepare manuscripts to preserve anonymity during review.
What is the accepted similarity threshold?
All submissions are screened using similarity-detection tools (e.g., iThenticate), and the similarity score must be less than 20%.
Do authors need to declare AI use and conflicts of interest?
Yes. Authors declare that any use of AI tools has been appropriately disclosed, that they remain fully responsible for the manuscript content, and that there are no conflicts of interest related to the work.
What privacy and data protection declaration is required?
Authors confirm that all personal data used in the research were collected, processed, and reported in accordance with applicable privacy, ethical, and data protection regulations.
Where will accepted papers be published?
MCAIT 2026 papers will be published in the MCAIT 2026 IEEE Conference Proceedings. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE’s scope and quality requirements. The MCAIT 2026 conference proceedings will be indexed by Scopus.
Registration & Fees
What currency are fees quoted in?
All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Is the registration portal available?

What is required for an accepted paper to appear in the proceedings?
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full author registration by the Author Registration Deadline (6 September 2026) for the paper to be published.

Who is organizing MCAIT 2026?
MCAIT 2026 is organized jointly by the Faculty of Information Science and Technology (FTSM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and The College of Computer Science and Engineering, Taibah University, Saudi Arabia.
