Submission

Author guidance for initial paper submission through EDAS.

Initial Paper Submission

Use EDAS for the initial paper submission. Complete the paper preparation checklist first; camera-ready PDF validation is a later step for accepted papers.

Paper Preparation

  • Papers must be prepared using the official IEEE Conference Template (Microsoft Word or LaTeX).
  • The manuscript must be written in English.
  • Authors should follow the page limit specified by the conference.
  • Submitted papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Initial submissions should be in PDF format only.

Submission through EDAS

  1. 1

Create or log in to your EDAS account.

  2. 2

    Select the appropriate conference track.

  3. 3

Enter the paper title, abstract, keywords, and all co-author information.

  4. 4

Upload the manuscript in PDF format.

  5. 5

Ensure that the author names and paper title in the PDF exactly match the information entered in EDAS.

  6. 6

Complete the submission before the deadline.

Submission requirements

  • Papers must follow the official IEEE conference template (Word or LaTeX, two-column format).

  • Submit via EDAS: https://edas.info/N35526.
  • After acceptance, final camera-ready PDFs must be IEEE Xplore compliant and validated using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  • At least one author must register and present the paper; otherwise, it will not be published.
  • Author templates are available from the official IEEE Conference Templates page.

IEEE templates

Prepare the manuscript with the official IEEE Word or LaTeX templates before uploading the submission PDF.

Full preparation workflow

The full Paper Preparation page combines manuscript preparation, EDAS submission, double-blind review rules, camera-ready steps, and publication policy.

Per-paper registration note

At least one author must register and present the paper; otherwise, it will not be published.

Camera-ready after acceptance

Accepted-paper authors must validate the final PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress before uploading the approved camera-ready file to EDAS.

Review and author declarations

Submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must disclose any use of AI tools, declare no conflicts of interest related to the work, and confirm that personal data were handled according to applicable privacy, ethical, and data protection regulations.
